I have fallen in love with yoga over the past several years. As a college student, it is really easy to forget to relax and revitalize. The yoga lifestyle has improved my well-being and changed my perspective on a lot of things. I am a college student studying Exercise Science and hoping, one day, to become a physical therapist. My biggest dream for my career is to work for a professional sports team as their head physical therapist/athletic trainer. I have two major travel dreams: 1) to see my family again over in Germany and 2) to travel to Africa in order to help those in need and to see everything that I can.
