About Me: 
I've been doing yoga for over 20 years but every time I step on my mat, I learn something new! The more yoga I do -- the more I WANT to do yoga. Yoga has opened me up over the years and taught and given me so many things: patience, resilience, physical and emotional strength, balance. It's my refuge during the storms of life and my celebration during happy times. I'm so thrilled to have had a friend tell me about DYWM. I've been taking the classes on this site now for almost 3 (4?) years and I continue to be amazed at the quality of the instruction, the variety of styles, class length and levels, the great production (especially love those classes shot on the beach or in the woods!) and the "realness" of the teachers. You have hit the sweet spot of online yoga. As a busy working Mom and wife, I'm pulled in a lot of directions but yoga is my time and I try to make room for it every day.
