Hello! I'm here to find a way to relax and heal as I'm trying to come out of a very bad health problem. Typically I have preferred working out with weights and doing traditional cardio exercises, but now I'm looking for workouts that can help me to relieve anxiety and stress, as well as balance certain neurotransmitters and hormones.
