Hi! My name is Josh and I am a yoga teacher and physiotherapist from Vancouver, BC. I have been teaching yoga since 2011. My favourite style of yoga is slowed-down Vinyasa because I like taking the time to focus on alignment, breath, and feeling the effects of each pose on the body. I also practice as a physiotherapist in Vancouver, and have my BKin and MPT from UBC. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat!
