About Me: 
I have a desk job and suffer from chronic back pain after a fall 7-8 years ago which leaves me in constant (but mostly manageable)pain when sitting. I've tried all types of therapies, but the only effective pain management technique I've found is exercise like yoga, pilates and walking. A recent tendon injury left me unable to exercise and now I'm trying to get back on track.
