About me

About Me: 
I have been practicing yoga for about 20 years. I enjoy doing lots of different types of exercise from dancing, to racquet sports, to swimming, kayaking, biking and walking. Yoga is what keeps me feeling whole in mind and body, relaxed and flexible in all parts of my being. It has made the biggest difference in my ability to manage stress and emotions. I am so grateful for this website with all the variety of fabulous classes and teachers. It has helped me through the challenging pandemic year so much. I am a mother of two wonderful daughters who live in the US . Time with them is very precious to me. I just celebrated 40 amazing years of marriage to my lovely husband.
