About Me: 
Yoga is an essential counter-balance to the sports training I do, and life. I practise in a class locally once a week, and my 2018 goal has been to do yoga every day, apart from 20... it is April, and so far so good! Yin practices are my favourite, but I also love Hatha yoga and gentle flows. Do Yoga with Me has become an essential part of my everyday home practice.
