About Me: 
I have had back pain since I was 10 and aches and pains in my legs even longer. I now know I have some sort of damage or deformity to my lower back which causes my pelvis to twist and shorten my right leg. For years I did no exercise other than walking as everything seemed to make it worse, but a few years ago I got into yoga and pilates and this year I am trying to fit something in almost every day. I am having ups and downs but am hoping to maintain my back health by getting myself strong and flexible.
