I just wanted to thank all you folks that make doyogawithme.com possible. I have been doing Fiji's classes for the past year and a half and they have helped make me stronger and live with a pain-free lower back.
I also just wanted to let you know how much it means that you offer this service for free. I recognize it is not free for you. I have been on a small budget for the past couple of years but recognize I must find ways for health. I run and do yoga online and feel so grateful that you offer this to the public.

I have been using your site for about a year. It has helped my yoga practice tremendously. In the past, I only did yoga on the weekends when I could get to the studio. Now I am able to do yoga during the week as well.

I just wanted to write and let you know just how impressed I am with your website and your videos. I discovered it yesterday and did one of your very gentle beginner's classes. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and am not yet well enough to attend a yoga class in person. With the videos I can pause and rest half-way through and come back to it later, which means I am able to stay within my physical limits while still getting some important exercise.
I love your pay-what-you-feel philosophy and have signed up for a volunteer subscription because I know I will be using your website every week and this is still much less money than I would pay to attend a regular class in person. The Yoga Programs are such a wonderful way for a beginner to find direction and focus attention in the right areas. I am planning to start the Series 1 program this week.
Anyway, well done for producing such an exceptional resource for people to access anywhere in the world.

I just wanted to say that i have been suffering from sciatica for about 10 months, visiting a chiropractor and not getting relief. I discovered your deep release for the hips, hamstrings and lower back and it has changed my life.
I own a restaurant with my husband so there are many long hours on a hard floor, with lots of twisting and turning. I started about six weeks ago and have only missed about 5 days. I am able to walk without the painful hitch, sleep through the night and discovered a wonderful meditative state at the end. Amazing!
Your stretching is allowing me to rest and continue with the things i enjoy doing. I am going to incorporate more yoga now that i have no pain.

Just wanted to say a big thank you again for your site, which I recommend to everyone! I have found over the years (through various broken body parts!) that it has been great for healing - physical and emotional, especially stress - and personal growth, through the connection between body and mind and allowing space to just be. I really love that the teachers focus on spiritual aspects and inclusion with the physical. It has also inspired me - I leave the UK in a week to travel around India, including attending a Yoga Teacher Training course on an ashram in Kerala.

I just wanted to send out my thanks to you guys. I had gotten into yoga a few years ago, but never really stuck with it. It didn't fit. I didn't like it, and I did not enjoy how it felt.
Over the past eight months, though, I have began practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and I am more in shape, more flexible, and I just recently began following your programs. BJJ consumes most of my extra money, so I cannot afford a yoga studio right now. I will be donating to you guys very soon, also.
I don't have much else to say other than thank you for providing this resource. It has motivated me to continue doing it daily, and I will be joining a studio as soon as I can afford it.
I just wanted to say that I stumbled on this website via google and have enjoyed some wonderful classes. I am an ob/gyn physician, and have recommended it to many patients as well.
One idea I had was to have a chair (or bed) based class for people that have challenges with mobility. Some of my pregnant patients are stuck in bed, and I would love to be able to show them some stretches they could do while in their condition.

I just wanted to thank you for allowing me to view your videos for free! It is such a blessing to be able to practice yoga in the comfort of my own living room on my own time.
I am a third year nursing student, so I don't have much time for exercise or extra money to spend (my husband only recently graduated with his degree a few weeks ago! My wife was looking for online / video yoga instructions when she happened to find your site and instantly loved it. Although I was a bit skeptic in the beginning (I never thought yoga would be something I like) I joined her a few times in our living room and really started to like it.
I really enjoy the short sessions (~15min), since I find it easier to motivate myself for a short session then for a longer one, especially if I'm on my own or when I want to get rid of a nagging headache (and the short neck and shoulder sessions are perfect for the kind of headache I have from time to time).
So once again a big "Thank you!" for showing me an access to yoga that works for me!

I have been struggling to find a home practice that is suitable for my (beginner) level and my ability (unable to do ashtanga yoga due to arthritis). I came across your site and have, so far, done a number of videos of yours, plus a few of the other classes including a GREAT Yin class and I just wanted to express how fantastic they are. I will definitely be paying to download a few classes so that I can always have them on my ipad when away from home and because I want to support your wonderful website.
In particular, I find your classes pitched just right for me and they leave me feeling relaxed and revived. as well as the wonderful various 'balance' type hatha classes, I love the ones for shoulders/neck as I work at a desk all day. Your instructions are clear and easy to follow and overall, I'm just so pleased and happy that I found the website and can do a yoga class without millions of dog downs! It's meant that my home practice is much more regular (something nearly every day), which is really great as I can't find good hatha classes near me at a time I can make (so much emphasis on the ashtanga and viniyasa classes which are too strong for me).
