Pelvic Floor Health and Postnatal Care

This beginner class is designed to bring strength, awareness, and healthy tone back to the pelvic floor and deep abdominals. With new mamas in mind, it's also perfect for anyone looking to find a deeper connection with the deep core and stabilizers. Though this practice is fairly gentle, the subtle connections that you are invited to foster here, and will serve you well with more dynamic classes, as well as in daily life.
