What You'll Experience

This program aims to strike a balance in times of uncertainty, in a world where we see anxiety, fear, and judgment brewing. It is up to us to meet all of that with calm, love, consideration, and acceptance, created through practice, within us. Once we cultivate that within ourselves, it becomes a ripple that we can send out into the world.

This 6-Day experience invites you to openly process with intention and purpose on your mat. Each day the practice will dive into a new theme, all of which weave together to create calm in chaos.

This is a challenge, gently led with powerful frames and instruction. I enjoyed the variety of length and routines. This is my third time through as find myself coming back to it when I want a refresh.

I've really enjoyed working through the first five in this series and am a bit sorry that tomorrow will be my last day.

The shorter practices have worked well for me. Sometimes I find more than 30 minutes to be hard for me bring myself to do even though I often end up doing fine once I get started.

I liked the level of effort Fiji guided me into and, as always, I especially appreciate her words—the intentions that she sets at the beginning, weaves into the poses, and circles back to at the end. "Calm in the Chaos" came to me often as I worked through the poses.

In this series, I also really like the artwork in the tagging of the walls. I'd dearly like to know where these sequences were filmed. Some of the opening views of the building art in "Rise Again" calmed me as much as the poses.

I know I'll come back to this series again.

Awwww, be still my heart, thank you Fiji, for your wonder within. Practicing over these years with you and Ms Tracy have been a saving grace. The transformation is for real and touches the very center of who and what we all are. Here is to honoring the light within.
