This class is a wonderful end to your day, combining gentle movement with restorative, relaxing poses to calm the nerves and prepare your body for bed and a good sleep. Melissa's clear, calm guidance couldn't be better.
I love this class and have done it many times, but have been off yoga for a few weeks due to a bad shoulder. Decided to try again with this class, but get the message "Jeepers! This video can't be played with your current setup." So... that's a bit uninformative, isn't it? What setup? Payment setup, computer setup or is it just unavailable?
I was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. I take medication during the day, but started having some leg pain at night. Instead of calling the Dr. I decided to add this class as an evening routine. I already do a morning class! I am able to sleep and do not have pain, as long as I do my bedtime yoga. Thank you! This class is a gift!
This is exactly what I needed tonight to unwind and loosen up from a long stressful day of sitting all day long. Wonderful! I will come back to this one again. My 70 trillion cells are all doing a quiet conga line thank you and I thank you Melissa. Namaste
Really nice flow for winding down. Very grounding teacher, non-judgmental practice. The only thing I would change is more time with some of the poses. Other than that, this is a practice I've returned to a few times and will probably be back.
This routine is amazing! I was about a month having difficulty sleeping and this brought me back to a regular schedule. I am now doing this routine at least twice a week and it does wonder every time. Thank you!!!
I use this one to loosen up and wind down before bedtime. Very effective, soothing with the right amount of stretching and movement. Thank you Melissa.

I am 58 going on 59. Been over 10 years since I did yoga. Got arthritis in my joints now. Yoga helped me in the past with the pain. Decided to go back to it to ease the pain and increase my moment. Thanks!
I just finished this video and I feel really relaxed. I have trouble sleeping a lot, so I am hoping that this will be of some help to me. I have not done yoga in years and I have to compliment Melissa on being very easy to follow. She explained things very well and most importantly she reminded us to breath, which is very important in yoga. I am very excited after doing 1 video on the website and cannot wait to see all of the other great videos this website has to offer!

Melissa McLeod is one of my favorite instructors. She has a calming style and explains each pose and its variations. This class is relaxing, but still offers some wonderful stretching in the hips, hamstrings and side body. Thank you, Melissa!
I've never done any yoga before. I've now completed this two nights before bed and it's well worth a shot. Don't be a lad about it and give it a go chaps! Fantastic resource - I'm going to get up in the morning and do Sun Salutations each day too! Thoroughly sold.
I'm 35 and just getting back into doing some regular movements after a period of inactivity due to lower back pain. I used to be very flexible, but my how things change. This was my first video on this site, and it was so relaxing and easy on my back. Thanks Melissa - I'll be looking for more of your instruction. Also this site is fantastic - coming from a small rural area there aren't any yoga classes available for my limited motion. DoYogaWithMe be a new daily ritual to help me get back to the active person I was. Namaste!
This was so enjoyable. I'm 66 and active, but need more stretching and this was perfect. I feel well stretched, relaxed and opened. Thanks for having this site available.

Yay, it's working today. So, I guess it wasn't my settings that were the problem, it was rather something on this page.
