    One comment noted this was a great class for anxiety.... follow up note, I just did the class and I agree. It's good slow stretching class that's also not too slow/boring/easy. Good for winding down at the end of the day.
    Note: good for getting into the hips, not lot of calf stuff other than down dog. No twists.

    Loved this class. Slow and relaxing, but not boring. It gets into the hips and legs well and is a great class post-run, on a rest day, or to wind down and stretch out after work. Not too much strength on the legs.
