For those of you looking for a longer yummy class try Rachel's 54 minute "well rounded challenging beginner flow". It's pretty deliscious. I also love LOVE "yoga for divas". Thank you Rachel!
I love this short, stretchy, and energizing class! Its a go-to when I'm short on time. I agree with other reviewers that it would be great to get a yummy 40 or yummy 60 that expands on this great class. Rachel is one of my favorite instructors!
