This was my first time doing this practice and man was it a work out. My legs were shaking but it felt so good! I can't wait to keep doing this one and (hopefully) find it easier and easier. Perfect amount of challenge although it did move a little quickly for a beginner.

This is a great way to start my day. I have ankylosing spondylitis which really creates pain and stiffness throughout the spine and other joints as well as hindering core strength, especially in the morning. This was a great, gentle way to wake up those areas that can be so pesky. Thank you!
