Great video both for back strength and flexibility, and for relaxation. I started yoga because of chronic pain, with particular tension and spasms in my upper back and neck. Very appreciated!

I came into this workout with tightened shoulders and back. I just finished the stretches and I really feel loose. I definitely recommend this workout for upper body stretching.

I must say this was the best upper body stretching I have ever experienced and the wonderful body scan savansana at the end was so calming and peaceful...the water sounds was such a nice touch...great class David!!!

Back bends have been some of the hardest poses for me since starting yoga a couple of years ago. I didn't realize until recently how upper back and chest tension was the major root of the problem. This video was great for releasing my upper body to allow me that extra flexibility I needed. Thank you so much for this practice!
