This series of stretches perfectly targeted the tension I get from sitting for hours at a computer! I will definitely integrate this video into my weekly rotation.

I often find myself slouching... this will help build my posture. Such a great opener. Thank you, I found it really challenging.

I too find this class extremely wonderful. It opens and strengthens, challenges me yet is accessible. I'm so grateful for Do Yoga With Me. I tell people about it constantly and am sad for people who don't practice. Do Yoga With Me changed my 30 year practice in so many ways - expanding it into areas that I'd not known about before. I am especially grateful for the introduction to yin yoga. Delicious. I love that it is free to join as this brings yoga to more people. And also allowed the doubting likes of me to try it for a few months before I committed to a monthly financial contribution. Thank you for all of it.

I found this class this morning and since I want to try rock climbing in the next few weeks, I thought it would be good to preemptively address the tightness in my shoulders. This class is EXACTLY what I needed, and even better than I'd hoped. I will be making this a regular part of my practice. Thank you, David, for making several classes that focus on the shoulders, upper back, and neck. I have chronic tension in those areas, and your classes do more for me to get my body in alignment than any other class or exercise I've found.

Was wondering if this would do what I needed for upper back and shoulders, and I love David's teachings, but your endorsement was all I needed to hear! Thank you for your words.9

This class is excellent. It is difficult as you work through some tough areas...but excellent.

I have been suffering from wrist pain due to a compressed nerve in my upperback/neck area for almost a year. I have tried countless sessions of physiotherapy, massage therapy, immobilizing with a cast and more recently I have discovered that blood flow to the area through a series of stretches or back strengthening exercises is the best way to find relief. I am adding this video to the top of my list! Can't wait to do it every morning before work. Than-you for providing me with relief <3!
