After a long intense day of doing translations on the computer, I had so much neck, shoulder, and upper back tension. I debated taking a hot bath or doing this and glad I chose this. I feel like a rag doll and will surely fall fast asleep. Thank you so much for a great class.

One problem that I encounter with a lot of yoga is difficulty maintaining positions that involve sitting on my heels. After about a minute, it really starts to burn, , and I have to sit up. Any suggestions?

Yes, there are two approaches. You can put something (a bolster, block, pillow, folded blanket) under your bum to take pressure off your knees and you can slip a rolled up hand towel under your ankles for some relief there.

Love the way it targeted the upper back and shoulders so specifically. I am a swimmer and this really afforded great stretching and relief
