This class is great for learning how your shoulder girdle works and how to use proper alignment to keep yourself safe and injury free! I will definitely be revisiting this class to work on my shoulder strength!

Super helpful class, and a lovely shoulder focus today! I've worried before that I'm not correctly doing chatarunga, but these clear cues and visuals for that pose will stay with me for a very long time.
