Something I will have to go back to often, as my shoulders are often the areas that bother me. A longer class to practice would be appreciated!

This class is hard to rate. If you're looking for a class to do as part of a yoga practice and want the full yoga experience, this probably isn't the class. If you're looking to learn something about shoulder alignment and how to take good care of your shoulders in your next class ... consider this one.

nice stretches for the shoulders but no sweat for the day. I think another 15 minutes for the legs and I'm good
