I like this class. It has really helped me remember how to maintain shoulder strength correctly. It does seem a little weird that this isn’t one of the first classes in the challenge.

I have revisited this class from time to time as I have an old rotator cuff injury - taking it gently its a great practice for reminding your body to engage well in all ranges of motion with your shoulder joints. Yoga has been such a great practice for overcoming injury for me, thanks Fiji for this contribution!
