Very comprehensive. Challenging, but worth it!
Thanks for this gentle practice. I'm over 60 but still quite active. Sadly foot surgery prevents me from doing the more active things I love. I will continue this class throughout my rehab/recovery. I can already feel the benefits of increased oxygen and blood flow to my injured foot.
This class is perfect for me. glad I found it!
Michelle Rubin's 54 minute class is perfect as it focuses on all the body areas. I have been doing it for months about 2-3 times a week and
it is wonderful --- particularly with emphasis on breathing.
