Yoga for Runners: Pre-Run

I play soccer and to keep my endurance up, I run everyday. Doing this video before I run, just helps so much and I feel great and energized. Also the Post run video help cool down after a run while this one helps you warm up for a run. You guys should make a video for pre-game yoga and post game yoga. I'm sure everyone would love it. Keep making amazing videos!

I know this class was directed toward runners but also great for anyone who wants a fun challenge to strengthen and stretch.
