Lovely class! It's so refreshing to have a yoga instructor acknowledge and make suggestions for working with a bigger, rounder body. The pose sequence is great for working out the kinks caused by my bad posture.
Thanks for the lovely class with some sweet stretches- it was perfect for me today, as I'm trying to give a lower body injury some rest but I'm addicted to practising every day! P.S. I was mesmerised by your graceful arms the whole time.
