Plus Size Yoga: Exploring Warrior
This class is an exploration of Warrior 1, 2 and 3 - all the warriors! - designed for folks who are working within a bigger body. Although it isn't strictly neccesary for the class, a bolster can sometimes help you find ease in various seated or lying postures. Nice morning stretches
Hi Helen, thank YOU so much for this flow. I'm new to yoga and trying many different on-line classes but always coming back to this one as it's by far my favourite. Sound is excellent, setting is awesome, your instructions are perfect and clear (and curvy adapted which helps as I'm not ended up frustrated by how easy it seems when thinner)... I feel at the end that it made me work what needed to be at the same time than making me peaceful. Would love to see more flows like this one from you!
