I can't say I've ever heard the whole program. Something that can actually quiet down my squirrelly mind so I can sleep. I recommend this to everyone where sleep os a topic of conversation. Major thank you from me!!!

I fell into such a deep sleep, I didn't move or wake up until the next morning. I felt calm and rested the next day. I sometimes have trouble settling my mind before bed and wake up anxious. This knocked me right out. I'm about to listen to it again right now! I highly recommend it. Thanks for such a great website.

What really happened?...

I was laying in bed listening to this last night thinking, "I doubt this is working"...and then I woke up. I have no idea how it ended since I was only awake for about 10 minutes of it! I'm only recently getting into yoga and meditation and am really quite new to it all, but I have to admit I'm getting hooked. Thanks for such an awesome meditation experience, and for making this site available for people like me!

Jennifer has an amazing, soothing voice. Her meditation lulls you into a deep and calm state. I have used this multiple times and I have only heard the ending of it once! This is because, every time, I fall asleep before it ends. This is my absolute favorite sleep meditation on this website, I would recommend it anyone!

Didn't Seem to Work

This session didn't seem to work. Although it put me in a trance-like state, I did not achieve sleep. I never was known to sleep well anyway. I would, however, recommend it to anyone looking for full body relaxation. It was my first time doing anything like this, and despite not sleeping, I think it was a unique experience, and I wouldn't mind doing it multiple times.

If you have trouble falling asleep this is a wonderful way to prepare yourself for a deep slumber. I also find this very useful for traveling, especially if I just need a nidra to meditate and ground myself. Jennifer's voice is so relaxing. Thank you.
