My favorite yoga Nidra. I listen to it at night when I wake up and it’s so soothing,
I feel like I owe this meditation a well overdue comment as it’s become such an important part of my life over the last 10 years I know it word for word! I have listened to it on overseas trips, night shifts, throughout anxiety, 2 pregnancies and labours, and it still works it’s magic for me every night.
