Yoga for Lifelong Mobility
“Mobility” refers to your ability to use your body with strength and ease through a full range of motion. This class with Guy focuses on improving the mobility of your body using active engagement of your muscles while stretching. Prepare to do a bit of work … and to feel better as a result!
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 9 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men or Day 1 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.

I revisit this class off and on. It's easy going, but still has a nice amount of movement. I use it for rest/sore days mostly. I really like how this class makes me a lot more aware of how I'm engaging my muscles and adds dimension to poses I'm already familiar with. The glute and arm movements towards the end has a calming effect on my mind. Also appreciate the gender inclusive "super person!" comment rather than "super man/woman." I'm non-binary and it always makes my day when language used is considerate of the diversity of people out there. Thanks Guy!
