Yoga for Lifelong Clarity
Amongst the classical eight limbs of yoga is one limb devoted exclusively to the ability to focus and sustain your concentration. In this class, Guy offers a practice that will encourage you to practice focusing on a specific aspect of each pose, with the aim of developing your ability to stay attentive and clear in daily life.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.

With some modifications I was able to do this class two days after eye surgery. Obviously I can't fold so I concentrated on stretching my lower back in a very small forward fold. And squatted instead of bending over. Absolutely no discomfort or pressure to my eye and I can feel my blood flowing. Thank you, Guy!
Great stuff. This practice was thoroughly enjoyable. Relaxing, too.
I was somewhat skeptical at the start of this practice, but actually found it quite powerful in opening another facet of yoga - inner peace
I've been practicing Yoga for nearly 20 years, and I learned some new things about how & where to focus during specific poses from this video.
