The pounding part is fun! Thank you, David!
Question : First Thank you ! I was surprised to find knee soreness, haven't had it for a long while since I stopped squatting down so much(preschool teacher).
but when I do the straight leg/ flexed foot stretch here; the back of the heel/low ankle hurts (like a sharp spark kind of pain) - just started this in the past few weeks when doing certain moves which are usually fine. Will this class also help this problem? or might there be another stretch to do as well?
(HIps are tight (have always been) , probably whole leg on right side.) Thanks so much for this!!!!
Thank you for the comments, everyone! I'm glad you like the video. Victoria, in response to your question, yes this class would be great for you. It's very gentle and great for injuries.
I had a knee trauma more then ten years ago (meniscus fracture). Usually, the knees feel good. But after regular physical activity (including yoga) and in wet or cold weather begin painful. Sometimes the leg twists and I hear a crunch in the knees and start painful. These situations are most likely a sprain or injury to the ligaments.
Is this video good in this case? Or can you recommend another video?
Thank you so much!!!
