Yoga for Grounding and Sleep
In this grounding practice with Nyk, we explore some sweet gentle flowing poses to free all the joints of the body then switch into the stillness of yin poses and cap the whole practice off with a yoga nidra practice designed to get you relaxed and ready for bed. Note: An eye pillow for this practice is optional.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 14 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.
