This dynamic, full-body vinyasa yoga class takes a well-balanced approach to the body, moving the spine in all directions and including opportunities to release so many muscle groups, including the hamstrings, hips, hip flexors, back and shoulders. As you move through the flow, Crista incorporates using the wall in a creative, supportive way, while progressing safely toward two challenging poses, forearm balance and wheel.

Crista, what a fantastically fun class! I found myself smiling as I tried and came out of poses that I didn't even know existed with the wall. So much fun to be challenged into a new realm of deep stretches and releases. Thank you. Namaste.
Today was the second time I did this class, and I was able to successfully walk up the wall out of wheel for the first time! I feel that I don't have a lot of natural flexibility in my back but all the warmups allowed me to do it. I also felt that the legs up the wall savasana really helped after running over 30 miles this week. Thank you!

these advanced classes are the reason i stay with DYWM, so nice to have someone lead us into challenges. I have been doing yoga 20 years and have never really tried forearm stand without the wall, today I was able to do it without touching the wall at all!
