This was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I'm in a larger body so sometimes hesitate to try Beginner 2 videos as they often have poses that I just cant do yet (reaching between limbs is hard when there's no space there). Everything about this was fantastic - the atmosphere, the pacing, the attitude, the space, the poses, the duration, and the challenging but doable sequences.

LOVE IT!!!

Thank you, Rachel, for this invigorating class. After a good warmup, the flow is easy and intense at the same time. It is the first time I could do a side plank both sides without feeling like an idiot. Flexibility, energy and relax in just a short session.
