Perfect practice for me on a day when I am feeling small, sad, and stuck. Rachel's sunny delivery and juicy sequencing help to lighten my mood and relax my body. Thank you!!
What an awesome and awe inspiring practice... so much packed in there! I would also respectfully say that this is more of an intermediate level class.
I love the yoga pants and would honestly appreciate knowing who they are made by as in Ireland we don't have anything like that and I have to order my clothes online?
Namaste. ॐ
Aren't they FUN? They're made by Niyama. Another favorite brand of mine is Dharma bums - they rock and I love the way the fit. They've got awesome styles! If you check them out and like them, you can use Rachel20 and get a discount (I do not get any kick back from that, I just telling people about their stuff ;))
Great to know, thanks so much. Which online shop is that for? Thanks again! :)
I woke up to a cold and windy morning-its 'officially' the first day of winter here in Australia. And after my first Yoga for Divas class I am a warm and open diva - ready for the day!! Thank you, Rachel. That was deeeeeelicious and delightful! Namaste.
So much fun. I’m Open!
I enjoyed this a lot. The visuals of other divas & movies scenes was surprisingly helpful!
What a great, energetic class. I feel incredible! Thank you!!
Really enjoyed the moves did want to share that bringing up particular names of folks was a bit distracting. I want to be my own diva and leave space for them to be their own divas. I wanted to think about me and not them. Other than that felt very big and open and freeing.
LOVE!!
Thank you!! Exactly what I needed today. three weeks post major surgery. This made me feel myself again.
Wonderful class but definitely more intermediate than beginner! So many chaturangas and also side plank and wild thing and on top of it very fast speed! I was looking for a calm class today so I chose beginner - but hm... did not really get what I bargained for.
What a delicious flow. My heart feels like so much expansion, warmth, and radiance just poured right through it. Thanks, Rachel!
Ohmigsoh that is fun!
Wowzers! Such great energy! Love it, perfect way to start the day!
I've always been a Fiji and Tracey fan, but I'm really digging Rachel's classes. This one is fun and fast moving, which I like!
I enjoyed this a lot- but as a brand new person to yoga, it was a bit hard for me. hope it gets easier!
Check out some of the other beginner classes, especially those from Melissa Krieger and Anastasia Hangemanole. Their flows are much slower. I find that Rachel tends to go faster, which is nice for someone trying to make the leap from beginner to intermediate. Hope this helps! :)
After a long day at work this class was just what I needed to undo all the stress, tension and tight muscles of the day...and transform into "mom diva"!
A beautiful class, thank you!
Wonderful full body stretch while having fun and feeling light!
I haven't felt this rejuvenated and joyous after a practice in ages. Thank you, Rachel, for reminding me of how expansive I can be!
definitely feel open loose and light when I'm done with this one!
Perfect class for Christmas morning, all about feeling big.
Love, love, love this! My imagery is more Xena Warrior Princess or Wonder Woman rather than entertainment diva but what a perfect way to start my day!
Great expaaaaansive and fun practice with Rachel.
Love the taking up spaaaace and stretching moves - great for desk divas like me.
In general, loving yoga classes with a purpose - bring on more, DYWM!
And yeah, it was rather intermediate - which I loved.
Beautiful way to warm up body and spirit on a cold winter day.
The sheer exuberance has jumped this routine to the top of my favorite stress relief routines. Wonderful in the morning - or after work. Thank you!
....But if being a "diva" means feeling as great as this class made me feel, then I'm all in!
Seriously amazing, therapeutic stretches combined with seriously smile-inducing cues (mud flap girl....hahah!!) Thank you, Rachel - you brought a smile to my face and a whole bunch of ease to my tight upper body. I'll be doing this one again!
What a way to start my day! Letting my inner diva out. I have a very long and stressful day at work ahead of me, but this class made me chuckle, actually laugh out loud, many times. Thank you very much!!!
Love this class! I feel so much better now!
Lighthearted and positive. The pace was perfectly engaging and my mind was able to focus on yoga only since the practice was well known poses, although with some great modifications by Rachel. Loved it. I feel open all over and ready to tackle the day with my positive diva attitude, just as intended!
The teacher has a fun style and attitude, but unfortunately this class isn't really a hatha beginner class, it's more of a fast-faced flow with several sequences that really require a lot of strength and more experience than a beginner is likely to have. With my shoulder injury, I couldn't do about half the class, so it that was frustrating, especially the side planks.
I love my regular practice, but this really changed it up. I enjoyed the change of pace, energy, and enthusiasm that Rachel brings to this practice.
Love, love, love this routine! I feel so good, awake and ready for day after this - thank you Rachel!
Wow! what a fun class. I feel like I can take on anything :) thanks Rachel
