Just tried this practice and it felt like an ab work out! Not a bad thing at all though! Had a little difficulty with some if the breathing as my stomach doesn't look anywhere near like David's but I think I got the general idea of it! I have been having some major digestive issues lately so I'm hoping this will help. I did the practice after dinner and I actually feel less full.. Interesting feeling.. Onto the full length version!

David, on a personal note. I love how you have created this site free for people to use. The variety of videos is great! Thank you!
