This class is really for athletes of all kinds, but is particularly effective for cyclists. It's a full-length class that is best done at least a couple times a week if you want to see results. David targets the key muscles that are in high demand when riding your bike and also spends time releasing those that become tight because of the posture you need to maintain for so many hours on your bike. Note: You will need access to a wall.

I was on my feet all day and than went for a short ride, I was debating about just doing nothing but felt like I wanted to do a bit of grounding and unwinding. Than I saw this class and it was perfect. What a great way relieve my tired legs and ground me at the same time. Thank you
This was very intense. I felt a sensation I haven't experienced in almost 30 years and then I realized I was feeling some of the physical and emotional sensations I experienced during labor. I've never had such an emotional response to any of my yoga practice. As I am just beginning my yoga learning it was a surprise to me. Clearly there is a very spiritual connection at work here. Gives me hope that I can heal my body of my chronic pain condition. Love this website!
