This class is really for athletes of all kinds, but is particularly effective for cyclists. It's a full-length class that is best done at least a couple times a week if you want to see results. David targets the key muscles that are in high demand when riding your bike and also spends time releasing those that become tight because of the posture you need to maintain for so many hours on your bike. Note: You will need access to a wall.

Excellent stretch + release the day after a long ride. I love the background music too.
Great variation of my favourite stretch class with David (Deep release for the hips, hamstrings and lower back). Liked the stretch against the wall!
I am not a cyclist but need those stretches after hiking or skiing as well :-)
I’m not a cyclist, but I have really tight legs lately from my job,and walking. This was a great class, and I love the little cues for alignment.
David this was such a good class for stretching the hips and quads. I have some work to do on the quad stretch against the wall. Thank you.
