This class is really for athletes of all kinds, but is particularly effective for cyclists. It's a full-length class that is best done at least a couple times a week if you want to see results. David targets the key muscles that are in high demand when riding your bike and also spends time releasing those that become tight because of the posture you need to maintain for so many hours on your bike. Note: You will need access to a wall.

Wow! I didn't expect this class to be so strenuous! Not aerobically strenuous, but strenuous in how much effort it took to hold the poses while my muscles yelled at me! Feel fantastic afterwards, though. My whole body is tingling! Thanks!

Great class - I felt perfectly led without even glancing at the screen, safe and well in body and mind

Hi - I've just done this a second time - it's really powerful, so thank you. I really struggle at the end (when shin is against the wall) to activate my glutes. It's like I can't even feel the muscle to engage it. Is there anything I can do about that?
