This class is really for athletes of all kinds, but is particularly effective for cyclists. It's a full-length class that is best done at least a couple times a week if you want to see results. David targets the key muscles that are in high demand when riding your bike and also spends time releasing those that become tight because of the posture you need to maintain for so many hours on your bike. Note: You will need access to a wall.

Well balanced and I loved the custom (live?) soundtrack.

Enjoyed the long purposeful strap stretches with clear instruction on keeping the hips aligned. My favorite moment was the lunge - David's instruction to send back heel back and bring front knee forward above the ankle made me feel the opposing forces of that posture in a way I have not realized before. appreciate all the attention to the pelvic bowl/core while doing leg stretches.
