This class is really for athletes of all kinds, but is particularly effective for cyclists. It's a full-length class that is best done at least a couple times a week if you want to see results. David targets the key muscles that are in high demand when riding your bike and also spends time releasing those that become tight because of the posture you need to maintain for so many hours on your bike. Note: You will need access to a wall.

One super rewarding hour. Thank you!
Another excellent video ..... Thank you David. My lower body feels so relaxed!
I do weight lifting and rock climbing, and this class was amazing. Some intense stretching in here, but that's what many of us desperately need. The poses are held long enough to really get into things. My only comment is I didn't know how close to the wall my torso was supposed to be at the end there... had to do a bit of guessing. Also, David spontaneously did some sort of clap refocus thing - seems like a cool tool for us too, I wish he'd explain what that was!
that hour flew by. one of the best quad stretches I have had outside of going to physio..
A great alternative to David's "deep release for hips, hamstrings and back" class (which I do on a regular basis).
