Loved the balances in this class. I found that the side poses were most challenging in my feet, which were very sore by the end.
loved the tip for balancing on one leg. it was almost easy! :) Thank you!!
I am a younger senior, and familiar with yoga. I like the time of the explanations, and I am pushing myself a little harder than suggested in these videos.
My other comment, is that I don't want to lose a whole day of activity for the meditations. I would have preferred these be added on to the end of a class, maybe during shavasana.
