Wonderful balances and stretches, these were the most challenging poses in the series so far for me. I tend to cramp up in certain poses, trying to figure out how to back off the edge a little to prevent that.
This class was a little more challenging for me due to the condition of my lower back and hips and I'm happy to be able to work these areas with these gentle movements. I like the meditation classes in between the movement ones as it gives my body the chance to heal a little more in between. Unfortunately, on meditation days, I don't see the link to comment on meditation days but they have been great, as well!
