Gentle but strong in poses.
Too short--I was just getting warmed up ;-)
When doing the beginning warrior poses it would be helpful to have a reminder which way to face the upper body (side of the mat, front of the mat, etc).
This is a lovely slow review of warrior, triangle and balancing poses. It helps so much to take time with the basics. Thank you!
