Yoga for Anxiety
Anxiety can be a difficult emotion to let go of. It requires a lot of self-reflection, opening up to vulnerability, an understanding of what anxiety feels like in your body and how to move it through. David spent many years plagued with anxiety and this class brings together everything he has learned through pranayama, meditation, movement and yoga that has helped him move through it. Hello David I'm ambrosia thank you for all the guidance, I have a deep anxiety that conflicts with my epilepsy and this class has helped me control the anxiety within my core and help control and lessen the seizures that occur and wake me up during my R.E.M. sleep as well as during the day when I have a deep physical feeling of anxiety that weighs heavy on me I literally forget to breathe. I want to say thank you very much for everything you do.
