Thankyou for the advice about pillows and supports. I unfortunately gained an extra Covid roll on my stomach (!) and with this gain I experienced new back pain and decreased flexibility. I was concerned it would be too hard for me to do yoga but with the supports I persevered. I am excited to continue with yoga.
