Yin/Yang Yoga for the Hips
Sarah-Jane warms you up with a fun, unique sun salutation, then takes you deep into the hips with a series of hip-releasing yin yoga poses. Yin/yang yoga is great as a yoga for beginners class, they are great for stress relief and they enhance the numerous benefits of yoga, since the warm yang so effectively prepares the body for the deep releases of yin yoga.

I, too, have hip flexor difficulties like TurtleVsHare, so a modification would be helpful. However, I truly appreciate the flow of discussion during the poses to reinforce the need for keeping open and breathing.
The class is good and I felt more flexible, more fluid at the end but that one simple position at about 10:30 is basically impossible for my hips and knees. A modifier there would have been helpful.
