Sarah-Jane warms you up with a fun, unique sun salutation, then takes you deep into the hips with a series of hip-releasing yin yoga poses. Yin/yang yoga is great as a yoga for beginners class, they are great for stress relief and they enhance the numerous benefits of yoga, since the warm yang so effectively prepares the body for the deep releases of yin yoga.

What a wonderful class for opening the hips! I went on a pretty strenuous hike yesterday and my hips really needed this. I enjoy all of your yin classes, Sarah Jane. Thank you so much.

I have never attempted to do yoga but I got a small sample at a symposium I recently attended and was pleased with how I felt afterwards and even into the next day. I am so glad I found your free videos. Thank you
