Perfect combination of yang with the yin to warm up this Irish lass on an cold, early Summer's day. I really enjoyed the subtle choice of sound/music, the deep release and warming of the body, combined with the knowledgeable commentary. Kumbhaka pranayam was an exceptional and cleansing touch. Thank you so much. Namaste from Ireland.
Hip feels so much better now. Great direction with breathing as well. Thank you!
College student here- did this everyday of finals week. Great way to stay focused and get restored for the next day. So awesome thanks!
The hip stretch was brutal for me. I felt really weird but I made it to the end and I felt liberated and fresh. Thank you for this routine. It's really different.
