This yin yoga class helps you release the deeper tension around the shoulders, arms and upper back. Sarah's gentle, encouraging guidance helps you get through the discomfort of holding a stretch for a few minutes, particularly the poses that are uncomfortable the moment you move into them. You're the first yoga instructor I've worked with who did an entire Yin practice just focused on the shoulders. It was wonderful. Thank you so much.
This was a great fit for this 21 day challenge. On the pose just before we relaxed into heart-bed pose, can you tell me where my face should be? Should my forehead be on the mat, or should my cheek be on the mat? It was difficult for me to see this.
Thanks Sara. I am really seeing improved strength in my shoulders with this challenge.
Loved this yin practice for shoulders! Great postures & guidance with just the right length of tome for the holds. Thank you!
WOW! Great practice for the shoulders. I will share this with my husband. Wonderful if you weight train or do a lot of vinyasa yoga.
Thank you!!!!
