Good day! I did a very challenging race yesterday. Planned to go to a yin class this AM, but uh oversleep! So per using my favorite yoga website, here i found your class. Ive done many wonderful classes here. Imam not a fan of yin, as after about 3 minutes, I begin the wiggle! I love the prompts you offer to go ahead and ease up, or move or even just quit. The amount of talking is perfect noting how many more breathes instead of how many more minutes. I couldn't believe how fast the class was over and my hips much better.
